Trauma Center: Second Opinion

In Trauma Center: Second Opinion, you play as rookie doctor Derek Stiles, a young surgeon gifted with an extraordinary healing power who has just joined the secret organization Caduceus to combat a deadly new disease.

In this version for Wii, we jump straight into the action thanks to the motion-sensing Wii Remote and Nunchuk.
With a controller in each hand, the player can manipulate over a dozen different on-screen instruments with great realism: syringes for injections, scalpels for incisions, forceps to extract tumors (press the A and B buttons simultaneously to "clamp"), and even a defibrillator to save patients' lives at critical moments (thrust both arms forward and press the buttons on both controllers simultaneously).
Thanks to the two controllers, you can use one hand (the Nunchuk) to select instruments and the other (the Wii Remote) to use them. In this way, two players, each with a controller, can play as a team, as doctor and nurse. Furthermore, thanks to the vibration motor built into the Wii Remote, the player can precisely feel every movement.
